MasrPay announced the completion of its capital increase following approval from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and the completion of the required procedures, strengthening the company’s capital base and supporting its investment and operational plans for the next phase.
The capital increase forms part of MasrPay’s long-term strategy to build a strong financial and operational foundation that supports the growth of its business in Egypt’s digital payments market and enables continued investment in its platforms, technology solutions, and business capabilities.
During the next phase, MasrPay also plans to strengthen its partnerships with banks, businesses, and merchants while continuing to develop its operational and technology infrastructure in line with its growth plans.
