Taly launches digital payment services in Egypt with BPC

Taly’s launch of comprehensive digital payments in Egypt is expected to expand digital transformation services

Egyptian digital payments firm Taly has partnered BPC to the launch its full-fledged ecosystem for digital payment solutions in Egypt.

The digital payments firm will leverage BPC’s SmartVista Platform to deliver innovative solutions and market offerings for banks, fintechs, corporates, merchants and consumers in the North African country.

Taly’s launch of comprehensive digital payments in Egypt is expected to expand digital transformation services and play a key role in supporting financial inclusion in the country, in line with the directives of the government and the central bank to achieve Vision 2030.

“Due to the dedicated efforts of the Central Bank of Egypt, the financial technology sector in Egypt is rapidly expanding, with the number of digital payment users expected to amount to 84.13m users by 2027,” Taly said in a statement.

Taly aims to play a crucial role in advancing the payments sector by providing fintech startups and established payment service providers with the appropriate infrastructure to bring their innovative ideas to life.

The company said BPC was chosen due to its track record serving some of the world’s largest and most forward-looking financial institutions and fintechs globally.
